Lazy May!

She always takes off her shoes and socks and sticks the socks on her hands. Don't know why but she walks around everywhere like this. If you are ever missing a sock, she probably has it on her hand!

Two Matthew's? I don't think I had twins. Hmmm....

Don't you know that when you get a sticker you are supposed to put it on your nose and then go about your day as usual?

Don't know why the picture uploads like this. It was not taken this way, but it looks cool. It looks like I am Superwoman holding my kids and flying away. I mean I AM superwoman and flying is a very normal think in my house.

Slumber Party!

Cozy and cute!

Cinco de Mayo fun!

No Eric... the hat and bandanna is for Ian not for you!
I know you are attached but it is time to let go!

Getting ready for school. He is excited for his dance performance.

These are the three musketeers! They are always together in preschool. I love the mustache.

They did a little dance to a Mexican song. This si right when they were about to start.

After performance picture. Calista ran up to Ian and gave him a hug and he went to hold her hand. See... they do like each other and I have proof for when they get older!

Ian's class trying to take a picture. This is the best out of twenty. I have no idea why Ian has a clump of grass he is holding up but that is very much something he would do, so the picture is perfect!

Random Cuteness in April

She found this tutu at the store and put a death grip on it, so we had to buy it in order to leave. She and this tutu became inseparable. She had to wear it even to bed. For two weeks straight it went over everything she wore!

Cuteness getting ready to go to sleep looking very pretty!

She loves the pool. She is a fish just living out of water.

Curled up, falling asleep on mommy. I love that.

Breakfast in Bed

I had stayed up late cleaning up at the wedding. It was a really long day at the wedding so I had slept in the next day. Matthew woke me up with a surprise breakfast in bed. He had the idea and made it all by himself with Eric as his supervisor. He even cut the strawberries and put on the whip cream. I was so surprised and proud of him.

Looks good... and it was!

An April Wedding!

I was a bridesmaid for my friend's wedding. My friend Candie came over and did my makeup and made my look beautiful. Thanks! I guess I am a girl!

Yeah! The beaming couple. So pretty!

Eric wanted a picture of his girls.

Eric wouldn't let her on the rocks since she was making a mess. In this picture she has stepped her way onto the rocks looking at him like "I'm getting closer. I'm stepping on it. What are you going to do about it? You going to come and get me?"

Then he would make a funny face at her and say no and she would run off the rocks and laugh so hard. It was a fun game for her!

She thought it was fun to climb the railings.

Look mom, I'm all the way up and I did it all by myself! Yes, I'm part monkey.

Poster child for In-N-Out!

Okay, I'm done with pictures. Go away now.

My little artist

This is my little four year old's drawing of an eagle. He drew it and painted it all on his own. His teacher was so impressed and said it was one of her best she's seen.

Here he is standing next to all the pictures from his class on display. I think he is awesome!

A day at the beach in April

It was the elementary school yearbook deadline and after a week of little sleep and tired eyes looking at a computer I decided it was worth a day at the beach. People warned that it will be too cold but when we got there it was the perfect day. We just wished we had brought our swimming suits.

Calista was ready to roast her hot dog. We put her to work at an early age!

How cute the three are. The boys took off their shirt so Calista thinks she can take her shirt off too. She will learn.

This man washed up on the beach...

...and then a Greek Abraham Lincoln came to visit.

We flew a kite. Everyone enjoyed that.

Pappou took Calista around to entertain her. She loved that!

Matthew is super cool flying the kite all by himself. He looks so old to me. How did he get to be such a boy? My baby is getting big. Love my dad chillin' in the back of the pic.

Mmmm.... marshmallows! I made three of the most PERFECT smores.
It was a perfect day of course.

Eric stepped into some tar and became stuck in a statue like pose. I had to chisel him out.
Weird huh?

Big paintball tournament at the beach. It was crazy and fun. The arena is behind us. Yes I took them all down... even the professionals. I just rock that much!

Our traditional stop for Thrifty's ice cream after the beach. I think Matthew got more on his face than in his mouth. Notice it is on his forehead too?

Surprisingly Ian is much cleaner. That's not a usual thing.
