March Madness 2010

He won the random acts of kindness award for his classroom for being so thoughtful, helpful, and kind. This is a special award and only given to a choice few in the school. Way to go!

Good job buddy for winning lots of awards for the trimester.

Matthew and his amazing teacher!

We set out a trap the night befoer St. Patrick's Day to catch that pesky leprechaun. We didn't catch him and he made a mess of our living room. That mischievous leprechaun!

The blue basket was the trap we made but he just knocked it over and escaped. Notice the frog on the cushion. That was Ian's idea. He said the frog would scare the leprechaun away so he wouldn't mess up our house. It worked because the leprechaun didn't touch that sofa cushion. He must have been afraid! The kids found that funny!

He did leave a trail of coins though from the trap to the front door. We must ahve scared him with the frog and the trap that he mistakenly dropped some of his treasure on his way out after he destroyed our living room! Just wait until next year... we'll catch him... maybe!

She is ready for school and the Easter bunny. She is a ham.

She loves to be outside and will just grab the closest shoes and run outside. I guess my shoes were the closest. I just like to think that she want to grow up following my footsteps!

Running off with mom's shoes!

Daddy love!

Her first piece of gum. She was so happy and she never did swallow it!

February Fun 2010

Matthew was student of the month in his class! His teacher loves him and always says how great and smart he is!

Love this picture! One of my favorites!

Definetly live up to the names Thing 1, 2, and 3!

Notice the ladybug on Ian's head! Love this picture too! Hilarious!

"Arigoto, Mr. Roboto" waiter!

It was crazy hat day at school but I think he became a little crazy too. Must be genetic!

Notice the shoes. She put on Ian's shoes and they are on backwards. Guess she wanted to take a break from her girly girl self and be a tomboy. I guess she is my child after all!

The three musketeers!

Eric and I built a wall in our garage to separate the garage into an office and a bedroom for my father. Now he has his own room that is carpeted and comfortable and Eric actually has a quieter office since he is farther away from all of us (on the far end of the garage now). We don't bother him as much and he cannot hear our knocking and calling for him.

Putting in the insulation right before we drywall. We are quite handy!

This is her favorite spot when we do anything in the kitchen. She will sit like this for a long time especially if she has a snack next to her.

Science Museum (January)

Hello! We come in peace.

Hee hee. So fun!

Anybody there on the other side?

Artistic.

She loves to stack them and knock them down. Waiting in line to play here was not so fun for her and she kept taking me to the front of the line and pointed at the door like "come on mom! The door is right here now let's go inside!"

Wind tunnel that simulates a hurricane. Love my hair at the end. It was fun!

New Year's in St. George

The rock monster is going to eat my family! Ahhh!

Run away!

High up on bridge.

Over looking St. George

We are a happy family.

She is not so happy here. She is a little afraid of Grandpa Bladh.

Before we left to go home we stopped to have a picture with Grandma and Grandpa Bladh. We love them! It was a fun trip!

New Year's Eve and Eve Eve 2009

On our way up to St. George, we stopped over night in Las Vegas and stayed at the MGM Grand hotel. It was really nice and it was fun to walk around the hotels and strip with the kids. Thay were so excited to see everything and it makes us excited too as parents. It was great fun!

No trip is complete without Sponge Bob!

Having fun at the arcade.

Wow, we are in Egypt?!

We did a temple session and sealings as a family for Grandma Bladh's 80th Birthday in St. George, UT. We spent a few days together and rang in the new year together. It was a blast!

Awww! Such a good looking family!

The Bladh family all got together New Year's Eve and we played games almost all night. Here is the championship playoff for the Toy Story Arcade game. Look at the intense concentration! It was a lot of fun and I think was one of the most fun extended Bladh reunions I have been too (they are all really fun but this blew them away)!

5, 4, 3, 2, 1...

Happy New Year!
